If a passenger with injuries, intellectual, mental or other disabilities wishes to take a flight, they need to notify our direct sales office in advance and present a medical clearance certificate issued by a county level, or Grade A, Class 2 or higher level hospital when purchasing a ticket and when boarding flights.

The medical clearance certificate must have been issued no more than 10 days before the earliest departure date (exclusive of the day of departure).

For safety reasons, passengers with intellectual or mental disabilities must travel with an accompanying adult.
