Meet & Greet Service To further enhance the travel experience of Air China’s premium passengers, we offer a personal “meet and greet service” on arrival in Beijing for those who purchase First or Business Class tickets. A bilingual English and Chinese speaking Air China agent will meet passengers at the arrival gate, escort them through passport control, baggage claim and customs all the way to the main exit at the arrival level where they can find ground transportation.
