Website E-Ticket Refunds

IMPORTANT:

This on-line form is for ticket refund purposes only. To make any other flight changes, please contact your local Air China office.

• The on-line refund form may only be used for tickets that were purchased through the Air China website (with the exception of the local website in China at www.airchina.com.cn).
• The refund will be credited directly to the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets online.
• Please note that your credit card issuing bank may require additional time to credit the funds to your card.
• Depending on the rules and conditions of your fare, a refund may not be permitted or a refund fee may apply.
• The refund application has no inquiry function. The actual refund process will begin once the application is submitted, and no changes shall be made until this time.
• Only the tax will be refunded for non-refundable tickets. Multi-class tickets are subject to the most stringent refund requirements.
