According to the requirements of the Indian Government, passengers must follow the following three requirements:

1. any passenger departing from China’s mainland who is going to Katmandu via Delhi is required to hold an Indian Visa.
2. any passenger going to India has to claim their luggage at the first stop in India.
3. any passenger in any airline terminal in India must be able to show a paper record for the air ticket if asked.
